Like, a day ago, I counted the number of posts I'd be including in this post archive, and, well, let's just say this will be another short read, albeit with a throughline about storage space and music.
Nevertheless, don't let anyone tell you the monthly post archives are in any way long.
Do you think it'll even run on Switch 2? It's so graphically intensive.

As I normally do whenever there's some kind of big Nintendo announcement, I decided to insert myself and my work into it via shitpost.
Plus, this also doubles as a Traversal update preview since the current release has Player saying "Damnit." in this scene.
If you're at all curious about what makes up the downloaded music on my phone, I've actually already mentioned on social media before: my own compositions (sometimes because of pride, but sometimes because it's a work-in-progress I need to just listen to to be able to troubleshoot), music that would make for good YouTube outros, and music that would go crazy in an animation meme.

I want to make clear, this stemmed from me almost doing this. Secondarily, I want to make it clear that, by this, I don't mean singing it to the tune of the American national anthem, but rather, with a similar level of vocal bravado like I'd seen displayed in that one Good Luck Charlie episode I saw as a kid growing up in Canada who had no other frame of reference as to how that anthem was supposed to sound.
The only April 2025 part of this thread is the final addition — the embeds on Tumblr should really start including the dates.
I haven't even played that much Clear Skies Over Milwaukee recently too. I played it a lot in the early 2020s, but since then, any time I've logged on has been a rarity. Nevertheless, with how much of that previous playtime was spent in the diner, every song in that jukebox is committed to memory, (especially due to the lack of a "mute music" button in-game).
Here we have the good ending to the post mentioned earlier; I've escaped the loop and now have free space to download more music.
I was planning on mentioning it in the post, but to have both posts be identical across Bluesky and Tumblr, I cut it, but I could rarely record videos longer than a minute with how little storage I had before moving a mountain of image and video files over to an external drive. Sometimes, I couldn't even crop photos from my gallery it was that bad.
I wonder how long it'll take for it to get that bad again.

Finally in the post archive, a stream announcement in the year of our Lord, 2025.
I do actually plan to stream a fair amount more, at least in the nigh future. I was very graciously provided a Steam key for Serre, and, now having streamed that last Sunday, am using that to force myself to stream more often. I've had a lot of stream ideas, but with no excuse to execute them, they've been festering. Granted most of the ideas are just "play this game on stream", but I wouldn't mind doing more stuff like the drawing streams.
I hope everyone had a decent April, especially to those in the countries, commonwealth or not, currently consumed by big elections happening, and I hope everyone has a similarly good (but ideally better) May.
See you next month (or on Tumblr, Bluesky, or YouTube) for May, and let's hope there's more than just stream announcements coming to next month's monthly post archive.
