Monthly Post Archive - September 2025

I'm gonna stop commenting on how few posts I make each month that I don't make a lot of posts. You're used to it by now. If you're new here, I would say something along the lines of "it's not usually like this", but it very often is.

(I'm also just gonna use the Tumblr versions, but they're also all on Bluesky.)

September 22nd is my birthday, my friend Michelle's birthday, Jerma985's birthday and a bunch of other people's birthdays too. Now, in Ontario, turning 21 isn't really anything. You become legally able to do the stuff you couldn't do at 18 at 19, so while 20 is a milestone for just being two decades, 21 isn't really anything... is what I would say if that hilarious Vine didn't exist. (No, that's stupid. (No, it's not. (What's 9+10? (21.))))

(The first post of this month being my birthday also subtly showcases I didn't post anything online for the first three weeks of September.)

Hey, we're ending this month with Traversal advertising as well! Awesome!

Now, I don't think I'm actually that surprised I ended up using an instrument Toby Fox has used seeing as I, earlier this year, grabbed a bunch of soundfonts from someone who does FLP recreations of Toby Fox songs, storm. However, the fact that it's the same note (bar from its differing octave) is actually more of an insane coincidence. Anyway, if anyone was wondering, it was "1" from TMNT4SF2. I was just scrolling through its sounds, thought the specific instrument sounded interesting, and only realized — as the post mentions — a week later that it was used in "It's TV Time!". Suffice to say, I will definitely be making a SiIvaGunner-type rip of the Traversal song making it sound like the aforementioned Deltarune track. Let's hope SiIvaGunner reopens submissions by the time I update Traversal!
